  The new manager chooses who they stic it to for petty violations to rules and allows people who are doing equally petty violations or even worse, go like it's nothing. They don't keep up on maintenance and then charge the tenant for normal wear and tear unless it's covered in the walk through. I am calling the attorney general today about my situation. People have come in through the attic. There are gangs and drug dealers. Children are always inattended and fighting. The place is filthy. This place lacks integrity and professionalism.
